Accidents Happen. We all know that. Every product has some percentage of their customers that these accidents happen to. Yesterday, I was part of the small percentage of Jeep Grand Cherokee owners that have suffered an accident cause by the failure of the car itself. I have accepted that fact. But what is important is not that the accident happened, it's more about how the car handled that failure. Watch this video and you tell me, are you satisfied with the way my truck handled this accident? 'Cause I sure am. This accident won't make me run from buying a Jeep, rather it solidifies Jeep's claims that they are one of the safest vehicles on the road. Well Mr. Jeep, I would have to agree with you.
